Requirement for Flashing Official Firmware/ ROM

Battery 50% +
Micro SD memory card
Stock Rom – Download

Increase RAM SIZE in my phone – Need Root


Step 1,

we recommend you to get full  backup before doing this.

Step 2,

Download Official Stock Rom For Huawei P8lite

Download Huawei P8lite Stock Rom to Computer. use this link and choose one Stock Rom.

Step 3,

Go to SD card and create New Folder and rename it “Dload”

  • Connect your phone to Computer
  • Now, Copy Downloaded Stock Rom and paste it to “SD card/Dload” Folder.

Step 5,

after copy, turn off your Huawei P8lite h30 t10 by pressing power key.

Note–  What is the Stock & Custom Rom? Firmware? Bootloader?

Step 6,

Start Flashing Stock Rom on Huawei P8lite

Now, Press Volume Up + Volume Down + Power key together for 8 seconds until appear update process. normally. update process take 5-10min to complete its job.

after completed Update process, your Huawei will reboot automatically. after then you can use your android phone

Another way of installing Stock ROM on Huawei P8lite

Step 1,

Take your phone and Create a new folder on your micro SD and rename it to “dload”

Step 2,

Now, Copy the Downloaded “UPDATE.APP” (Stock Rom) and past it to the dload folder on DS card,

Step 3,

Final step is,  Go to Settings –> About Phone/Updater –> press “Local Update” to start the flash process.

Step 4,

Now Choose the download file and device will be updated with stock ROM.



Errors and Solutions

phone not works after flashing

A : Give it to 5min. because first boot is slow. If not works, then flash it again.

Huawei P8lite stuck at Boot logo or Bootloop

A: Git it to 5min because first boot is Slow. Remove the battery for 60 seconds then insert back. If not works then boot into recovery mood and wipe the data. If not works then Try again to install Stock Rom.

Update failed’

Q : progress bar load to middle process but freez/stuck and then show me a message ‘update failed’

A : Use correct Stock Rom.. Use SD card to create dload.. try with SP Flash tool

automatically disconnecting during flashing Huawei phone 

Try another data cable.
Try to install Drivers again
Try above method (using SD card)

I can’t Flash Stock Rom on Huawei P8lite

  • That means your current Rom is Corrupted or damaged. Now you have to Install Stock Rom to ON your phone. use this post to Flash new Stock Rom. If you can, use different Rom.
