1. Note – W Go to phone menu and go to setting page.

1. Turn off your Philips phone.
2. choose  “wipe data/factory reset”  using the Volume Down button
3. confirm by using “Volume Up button”
4. Select “Yes-delete all user data” using Volume Up key.
5. select “reboot system now”

Move down/choose- Volume down key
confirm/select –  Volume up key
