We recommend you to get backup before doing this. if not your data will be lost.

  1. Go to your phone setting.
  2. Go to backup and reset.
  3. Sign up for Google account and put a tik for backup (if you don’t want your data then skip this)
  4. Tap factory reset.
  5. Now it will perform reset.

Now phone will get restart. Now you can use your phone.

How to Force reset dialog phone

  1. Turn off the phone.
  2. Press and hold volume up key + power key.

Move down=volume down
move up=volume up
select= power key

  1. Then choose “wipe data/factory reset”
  2. Select “YES—delete all”
  3. Now it will perform reset.
