Method 4,

Remove the battery and put it back in
press (Volume down + Home + Power) go to Download mood.
Start Odin Program. (connect your phone to computer or laptop)
download the CWM (Go to Xda forum and Download one)
In the PDA field, select the CWM .tar.md5
After completed, reboot system.
May be it ask Root access.. give it..
after these steps, Your Rom/firmware should work properly.

    i have sm-g388f with firmware upgrade failed whiles flashing pre-rooted firmware with z3x. i have tried all firmwares but still getting failed in odin.
